📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prints, packs, and dispatches your products.
🚚 Delivery Time
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Metro Cities: 4–5 working days
Other Cities: 5–7 working days
Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, operational delays, or festive rush.
💰 Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value (you can set an amount like ₹499 or ₹999).
Standard shipping charges apply for COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most pin codes.
A small COD fee may apply.
Please ensure your mobile number is active for verification.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
A confirmation email/SMS with your tracking ID
A link where you can track your shipment in real time
You can also check your order status anytime in your My Account > Orders section.
⛔ Delivery Attempt Failures
If you are not available at the time of delivery:
Our courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order is returned due to unavailability or incorrect address, you may need to pay re-shipping charges for resending the order.

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
(If required, we can add international shipping in the future.)
